Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you wish to cancel an eligible order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible with your Order ID.
Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to:

Product unavailability
Pricing or technical errors
Payment verification issues
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
Any other unforeseen circumstances

If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method, where applicable.
